Distiller Notes
Fresh on the nose, reminiscent of morning dew, pine forest and damp gooseberry bushes, with a hemp, vegetal note developing over time. The peat comes to the forefront in the palate with a characteristic sweetness detected in notes of toasted marshmallows
and s’mores, along with hints of lemon drizzle cake and shortbread. The finish sees the continuation of the sweet peat influence and the introduction of a salty note and hints of burnt pretzels and fresh green apples.

The appearance, aroma and flavor of a Single Malt Scotch Whisky can vary widely depending on whether it was produced in the Highlands, Lowlands Islands, Speyside, Islay or Campbelltown regions.
