Winemaker Notes

This incredibly dark crimson-violet Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits bright aromas of raspberry and cherry with notes of cinnamon spice, vanilla, and clove with a nice touch of oak. The multi-layered flavors of blackberry, juicy cherries, and spice combine well with a long, lingering finish of mixed berry, dried currant, cassis, black pepper and a hint of dill.

The rich flavor and deep character of this balanced wine displays soft tannins which pair well with a nice prime rib. This Cabernet can be cellared for many years.
