This is a full bodied Jamaican rum full of overripe banana, papaya and spice flavors. A blend of extra light, light and heavy pot still rums distilled from fermented molasses from the Worthy Park Estate sugar mill.

Most often aged in heavily charred barrels for a longer period compared to other styles of Rum, Dark Rums are also produced entirely from caramelized sugar or molasses. This process yields some of the strongest and sweetest flavors that the spirits world has to offer. Dark Rums can serve as an excellent base for tropical cocktails, with the added spice and caramel notes casting an exotic edge to drinks like Daquiris and Hurricanes.
