So delicious and generous in fruit flavors, it’s full-bodied, creamy and chocolaty. An enticing, rich and flavorful red that overflows with blueberry, dark chocolate and black fig flavors on a dreamy, velvety texture of superfine tannins. Still so fresh and youthful at 10 years, and it will age well much longer.

Dark and winey, with steeped black currant, fig and blackberry fruit flavors, inlaid liberally with smoldering charcoal and sweet tobacco notes. Anise and tar details score the finish, adding length and range to the depth and energy. Best from 2021 through 2035.

Very deep purple-black in color, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon offers a powerfully scented nose of baked blackberries, blackcurrants and chocolate-covered cherries with hints of tilled soil, tobacco, new leather and bay leaves. Full-bodied, rich, velvety textured and seductive in the mouth, it finishes with a compelling minty lift.

A noble variety bestowed with both power and concentration, Cabernet Sauvignon enjoys success all over the globe, its best examples showing potential to age beautifully for decades. Cabernet Sauvignon flourishes in Bordeaux's Medoc where it is often blended with Merlot and smaller amounts of some combination of Cabernet Franc, Malbecand Petit Verdot. In the Napa Valley, ‘Cab’ is responsible for some of the world’s most prestigious, age-worthy and sought-after “cult” wines. Somm Secret—DNA profiling in 1997 revealed that Cabernet Sauvignon was born from a spontaneous crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc in 17th century southwest France.
