Tasting Set Includes:
- Clos des Lunes Lune d'Argent
Lune d’Argent is the heart of Clos des Lunes’ production. We firmly believe in the future of this legendary terroir and its truly original style. With a touch of French oak, the Sémillon is dense and rich, the Sauvignon Blanc refined and precise. This cuvée of dry white wine promises to convey all the magic of Sauternes. - Maximin Grunhauser Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett
Herrenberg is comprised primarily of red slate soil. This exquisite Kabinett exudes aromas of fresh strawberries, blood orange, stone fruits and a smoky nuance from the slate. Only 8% alcohol. Slightly sweet in the classic Kabinett style, the flavors focus on golden delicious apple, yellow peaches and wet stone. Great acidity. - Meyer-Nakel Ahr Pinot Noir
This wine is a typical traditional Ahr Pinot. In the nose you find a slightly earthy aroma of red berries like blackberry, blueberry and raspberry as well as ripe cherries, strawberries and blackberries with spicy traces of juniper and laurels. A smooth wine with elegant tannin structure and good substance. - Chateau Marsau
Deep, rich color. A nose of black fruit, menthol, evolving into mineral notes when aired (pencil lead, chalk). An elegant palate, voluptuous, supple, silky tannins.
