Winemaker Notes

Profoundly anchored in the Ventoux terroir, Grenache and Syrah express themselves here, with brilliance, indulgence and suppleness.

A deep ruby color and an intense nose with spicy notes (especially black pepper) and red berries. This very balanced wine offers very round tannins and fresh berries aromas, with some floral and spicy flavors.

Very easy to match. With simple dishes such as pizzas, kebabs, charcuterie, vegetable pies or salads to more ambitious cuisine like terrines, poultry, roasted or grilled meats.

Blend: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah

This is a solid regional example that boasts heady notes of ripe pomegranate and wild strawberries, framed by sweet spices and a firm stony minerality. Certified organic. European Cellars.

Ripe, but with a breezy edge as damson plum and bitter cherry notes glide through, laced with underlying mineral and floral details. Light kiss of toast on the finish. Grenache and Syrah.
