Chateau Los Boldos was established in 1850, making it one of the oldest vineyard in Chile. In 1990, the G. E. MASSENEZ Family, a French company, world leader in fruit "eau de vie " and well known in the international market of luxury goods (DFS, Airlines...) for its fine products such as the famous "Pear in the Bottle ", bought this vineyard to diversify, in the Fine Wine market.
