Casa Madero Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
The Casa Madero Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon fills the glass with a deep carmine red with a copper disc. The nose is elegant and complex, with aromas of thyme, rosemary, menthol, and toast. The palate is round and fruity, yet powerful and pleasant with an aromatic and spicy finish.
This wine pairs excellent alongside a rack of lamb, grilled rib eye heart, jabugo ham, black stuffing, and marinated marlin.

Somm Secret—DNA profiling in 1997 revealed that Cabernet Sauvignon was born from a spontaneous crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc in 17th century southwest France.
