Karol G and Bertha González Nieves are proud to introduce an extraordinary new Cristalino sipping tequila, crafted in honor of the Latin music icon’s global anthem, 200 Copas. Handcrafted from 100% pure Blue Agave, 200 Copas, a Casa Dragones Cristalino, is aged for over 12 months in custom-made American Oak barrels, unveiling a smooth, refined profile with notes of oak, sweet roasted agave, and honey.
Crystal clear with bright hues and long, pronounced legs. Fresh notes of citrus, pine tree, and sweet floral. Creamy notes of almond, sweet roasted agave, and plum. Long round finish with notes of honey, and spiced wood.
Because of their great complexity, Anejo Tequilas are most often used as a substitute for Brandy or Whiskey in cocktails like the Manhattan or Old Fashioned. Anejo Tequilas must be aged in oak barrels for between one and three years, while Extra Anejo refers to any Tequila aged longer than three years. The prolonged contact with the oak barrel allows the wood to make a much stronger impression on the Tequila by adding toffee, caramel and vanilla to the sweet, spicy agave flavor profile.
