This Special Edition Gift Set features newly imagined pepita engraving. Driving over the shoulder and across the front of the crystal bottle, the pepita engraving is designed to represent a traditional sash worn by the legendary Dragones calvary of San Miguel de Allende.
Included in this elegant set is two Riedel tequila glasses, delicately engraved with the same motif.
Casa Dragones Joven Tequila has a rich silky body, with brilliant platinum hues and long pronounced legs, indicating a full body with a sleek texture on the palate. Fresh and inviting aromas, subtle floral and citrus aroma with notes of sweet roasted agave. Soft and smooth on the palate with hints of vanilla and spiced undertones, balanced with delicate notes of pear. Clean and warm finish with hints of hazelnut and a bright, open aftertaste.

Although billed as a joven, this Tequila is blended with a touch of añejo. The end result is extraordinarily smooth, with a very sweet, fruity, almost wine-like nose but a bold, pure peppery flavor that finishes cleanly. The packaging is gift-worthy, presenting the bottle in a gold-and-robin's egg blue box, like a precious jewel.
Tequila Blanco, or ‘white Tequila’, is also known as Tequila Plata, or ‘silver Tequila’. Its clear color is the result of being bottled immediately after distillation instead of being aged in oak barrels like Tequila Reposado or Anejo. Because of their youth and lack of barrel influence, Blanco Tequilas are thought to offer the purest expression of blue agave available, with notes of citrus and pepper. However, they can also be quite forceful and energetic on the palate without the moderating influence of time and wood.
