Blend Forty-Eight was the first blend offered by Cartel – and we’re big fans. It was designed to be an approachable, medium-light roast blend that appeals to a wide range of customers. After some time offering it, we realized it also makes an ideal espresso blend, particularly for milk-based drinks. It’s a 3:1 blend. 3 parts washed and 1 part natural. Due to the seasonality of green coffee, we occasionally change the two coffees in the blend.
