This is a fresh and surprising Syrah indicative of its cool-climate terroir. On the nose this wine shows overtones of white pepper lifted by fresh peach and delicate floral notes. On the palate summer fruits meld with spice, adding traditional Syrah-like depth and roundness. Wild-plum, a hint of caramel, fresh cherry and forest floor are matched with dusty tannins. Vibrant minerality and a distinct terroir combine to give a long finish to this intriguing and elegant wine.Blend: 94% Syrah, 6% Viognier
