Distiller Notes
It has an elegant nose with hints of mocha and orange marmalade. In the mouth it is round and velvety with a touch of coffee, vanilla and floral tones. The aftertaste is classically rich and long as pure old Grande Champagne should be. Basement master Jean-Philippe Bergier has once again succeeded in finding and combining the real essence of traditional cognac. We have chosen the name Serenite to reflect the good and peaceful atmosphere this unique cognac will put you in.

An elegant spirit with mellow, floral and spicy notes on exquisite texture; toasty, rich and bright with dense new wood and lovely depth.
Widely regarded as the finest and most complex grape-based spirit in the world, Cognac follows rigorously strict production guidelines. It is made exclusively of wine—most commonly from Ugni Blanc—from the Charente and Charente-Maritime regions surrounding the town of Cognac in southwestern France. After a second distillation in antique copper pot stills (called charentais), the spirit is transferred to French oak barrels and aged a minimum of two years (VS). Cognac is classified by both age and region (Cru). The Grande Champagne Cru and Petite Champagne Cru, both having shallow limestone soils, are the most respected.
