Amberhill Sauvignon Blanc 2000

A new release from Raymond, the Amberhill Sauvignon Blanc is a light, refreshing wine carrying a California appellation. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and receives a very brief period of barrel aging to impart just a hint of oak to the finish. Clean and crisp, it is a classic white wine to serve with shellfish, grilled seafood, sharp cheeses, sautéed chicken breast and main dish salads. Herbal, spice, and flowery aromas in the nose are followed by pleasingly light and refreshing flavors in this wine.
