Aged 20 months in 60% new French oak, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Viking Vineyard has a medium ruby color and aromas of red and black currants, tea leaves, aniseed and exotic spices. The medium-bodied palate is pretty and refined, with grainy tannins, earth-laced flavors and a long, uplifted finish.
