Together we’ll enjoy a glass of Sauvignon Blanc from their equestrian-inspired winery Haras de Pirque in Chile, their Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva from Tuscany, and finish with Antica Cabernet Sauvignon from high above the Napa Valley on Atlas Peak.

Learn about biodynamic winemaking while sipping a rosé aperitif, followed by a tasting of two of their acclaimed Demeter-certified wines. We’ll start with a wine from a Chapoutier Northern Rhône estate property of 100% Viognier, then travel down to Bertrand’s Languedoc property for a Mediterranean view and a blend of Syrah, Grenache, & Mourvedré.
