Hand picked fruit was plunged 3 times daily then spent 10 months in French oak barriques to produce this soft, velvet textured wine with rich plum flavours and a lingering finish. A must with all game and red meat dishes.

In 1994, Sue and her late husband Greg White took shelter during a looming hurricane season in a Marlborough harbor at the top of the South Island.
