The aromas feature lime, honey, wild herbs, hazelnuts, white fruits, ginger and a touch of wood. It presents a fine and creamy character with elevated freshness. Compared to previous vintages, it appears less complete but still complex due to the warm year. This is a well-crafted white wine.

While it tends to flourish in most environments, Chardonnay from its Burgundian homeland produces some of the most remarkable and longest lived examples. California produces both oaky, buttery styles and leaner, European-inspired wines. Healthy, easy-to-manage vines produce low yields of high-quality fruit, which in turn create flavorful, full-bodied wines with generous acidity.
