With a distinctive nose of juniper, lavender and anise, the relationship to Ouzo, the iconic Greek aperitif, is apparent. Its satin entry is memorable; aniseed is "candied" and is tangled with a touch of sage, black pepper, rosemary, cumin, bay leaf, and lemon. We love the pillow-like mouthfeel of this 87-proof spirit.
