SelvaRey White is a delicate combination of rums aged in bourbon barrels. A three-year-old-rum brings the vibrancy and youth of fresh-cut sugarcane, which is rounded out with notes of caramel and butterscotch from a five-year-old rum. This blend is delicately charcoal-filtered to remove the color, leaving elegance in its place. The taste is smooth and mellow, beautifully matching flavors of citrus, pineapple and toasty creme brulee.
The perfect base for classic rum cocktails like the Mojito and Piña Colada, it also elevates simple mixed drinks such as a Rum and Coke or Rum and Ginger Beer.

Made through fermentation and distillation of molasses or the fresh-pressed juice of sugar cane, Rums range from 20% to over 70% alcohol and come in a variety of tones from clear to dark. Highest quality Rums are generally produced in pot stills and aged in wood, while less expensive Clear or “White” Rums are produced in column stills and bottled without barrel aging. Naturally, Rums form the base of tropical cocktails like Daquiris and Mojitos.
