This premium wine is produced using traditional sparkling winemaking techniques, with two years on-lees maturation adding yeast richness to the high quality, cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit. The result is a finely balanced and complex wine with a minerally fruit depth and richness complemented by a long savoury, almost bready finish.
