Description
From Oregon’s volcanic slopes to California’s Napa Valley, this two-bottle set celebrates the artistry of terroir-driven winemaking. Domaine Roy et Fils Willamette Valley Pinot Noir offers a layered, mineral-rich red with vibrance and spice, while Beringer Private Reserve Chardonnayy delivers citrus, crisp acidity, and a snap of vibrancy. Together, they form a compelling contrast—one red, one white, both unforgettable.
Cool-climate Pinot aromatics of mulberry, bay laurel, fennel, and cedar open into a vibrant core of compote, cassis and hibiscus. The finish is velvety, seductive, with earthy tamarind and Oolong tea. Has ample acidity to age for years.
The inviting, layered nose shows grilled pineapple, lemon meringue, toasted hazelnut, mandarin zest, and subtle chamomile. Hints of toasted crème brûlée add warmth and depth. On the palate, the wine is creamy, generous, and fully textured, with a bright, focused line of acidity that brings energy and lift. Flavors of citrus curd, warm spice, and soft tropical fruit unfold with clarity across the seamless mid-palate. The interplay of richness and freshness remains finely tuned, giving the wine both presence and poise. The finish is long, clean, and persistent.
Due to the popularity of this gift, wines or vintages sometimes sell out. Should this happen, we will always substitute with wines of equal or greater value.
