The 2021 Ovis Cabernet Franc has a deep garnet color. In the nose is pronounced and complex, With enticing aromas of ripe black currants, dark cherries, and berries with hints of thyme and sage. On the palate, this high-end cabernet franc displays a full-bodied and elegant structure, with velvety Tannins and well-integrated acidity. The wine finishes in a long and satisfying end, leaving lingering Impressions of black fruit and spices.
