Mulholland Vodka
Distiller Notes

Mulholland Distilling is a fresh new spirits company based in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. They're proud to be one of the first spirits brands in the city since Prohibition. Founded by 3rd generation Angeleno Matthew Alper and Partner Walton Goggins, Mulholland Distilling strives to inspire and encourage all to unleash their own Spirit of Los Angeles.
With nearly 4 million people in 468 square miles, Los Angeles is one of the most populous metropolises on earth. There’s only one reason the multitudes can exist in this vast desert wasteland... water. William Mulholland is the man who brought water to the city, who literally opened the gates to the future. He's a man who truly embodied the Spirit of Los Angeles.
All Mulholland Distilling American Whiskey, New World Gin and 100% non-GMO Corn Vodka is blended, bottled just outside of downtown LA in Downey, California. Mulholland Distilling's office and private “education” room is located in the heart of Los Angeles’ Arts District. As they grow, they intend to make their home in an existing building in Los Angeles redesigned to house the distillery, tasting room, and event space while aesthetically reflecting the local design and architecture.

Made from the distillation of anything containing fermentable sugars, Straight Vodka is a clear and unaged spirit. Cereal grains like wheat, rye and barley are the most commonly used bases, but modern Vodkas are now made from crops as diverse as sugar beets, grapes and potatoes. Ideally Straight Vodkas should be colorless, odorless and flavorless. They are sipped chilled and neat, or used as a base for a variety of cocktails, from the Martini to the Cosmopolitan.
