Winemaker Notes
This full-bodied blend delivers big flavors of vanilla, chocolate covered dried cherries and saddle leather. Barrel aging adds a nice full oak character and a rich middle palate.

This wine is concentrated, with aromas of blueberry, olallieberry, clove, violet and notes of dried vanilla bean on the nose. The flavors on the palate are boysenberry, black currant confiture, paprika and orange cream, with dry, grippy tannins to finish.
