Winemaker Notes
The Chardonnay grapes for this wine were whole cluster pressed, then carefully fermentedin small stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine was aged in 500L puncheon barrels for 8 months to enhance its complexity and character. The result is awine that displays a harmonious balance of fruit, mineral, and oak notes, with apronounced core of citrus and pineapple flavors. This intricate interplay of elementscreates a wine that is sure to delight the senses and captivate the palate.

This wine offers bright, lifted white flowers, orange blossom honey and Pink Lady apple on the nose. The palate has flavors of red apple skin, lemon zest and creamy vanilla that intertwine with cinnamon, blood orange, dried herbs, minerality and a dry finish. Pair with abalone.
