Distiller Notes
The color is a burnished gold. On the nose, ripe tropical fruits, toasted macadamia nuts and more than a hint of vanilla cream. On the palate there is smoke, tempered by lime and nectarine, giving way to sea salt and mild chili. On the finish, antique leather and green tobacco leaf.
Double matured and bottled at cask strength. Serve neat, with ice, or with a drop of water.
