Distiller Notes
Rated 94 pts by the Beverage Tasting Institute, Huihui blends a delicious, light, molasses-based Papua New Guinea rum with Kuleana Hawaiian Rum Agricole as well as an exceptional agricole from Martinique to create a super drinkable rum that has more than a hint of exotic.
Huihui is something that is 'mixed, mingled, united; or pooled together.' Huihui can be a group of people, a constellation of stars, or a great Mai-Tai.

A blend of white rums – including a Hawaiian white agricole and Martinique agricole, among others – yields a clear spirit with a distinctly funky aroma. The palate embraces the funk, showing plantain, coconut and a long, fiery finish laced with white pepper, nutmeg and a tinge of vanilla
From pirate life on the open sea to Caribbean island paradises, perhaps no other spirit evokes such a romantic history as Rum. Made through fermentation and distillation of molasses or the fresh-pressed juice of sugar cane, Rums range from 20% to over 70% alcohol and come in a variety of tones from clear to dark. Highest quality Rums are generally produced in pot stills and aged in wood, while less expensive Clear or “White” Rums are produced in column stills and bottled without barrel aging. Naturally, Rums form the base of tropical cocktails like Daquiris and Mojitos.
