From quartzite soils with loess and slate and fermented in 1,200-liter oak vats, Georg Rumpf's 2016 Nahe Riesling (Münsterer) Dautenpflänzer "GG" is round, rich and juicy on the palate but also light and well structured by fine and grippy tannins. Very long finish.

A regal variety of incredible purity and precision, this versatile grape can be just as enjoyable dry or sweet, young or old, still or sparkling and can age longer than nearly any other white variety.
