Daughter of Lord Byron and protégé of Charles Babbage, Ada Lovelace is recognized as the first computer programmer. Born in London in 1815, she studied math and science at the insistence of her mother, despite the common knowledge that these subjects were too rigorous for girls.
Ada Lovelace gin is an elegant, well-balanced gin that is crafted with a Code of 10 Botanicals, some of which may be found at the Family Coppola estates in Napa and Sonoma. Distilled in a custom designed copper pot still, using varying maceration methods as well as botanical basket extraction, Lovelace Gin is masterfully balanced through the ancient craft of distillation and blending.
Classic London dry feel with balanced aromas of Italian blue juniper berries, lavender, summer roses, ripe tangerines and Meyer citrus blossoms. Full-bodied on entry, mid-palate Turkish delight sweets, orris root and candied ginger finish.

This English-style, small-batch gin from the Golden State romances with aromas of rose petals, lavender, lanolin, and echoes of juniper. Lemons from a Napa-based estate paint the tongue with an unctuous stroke, adding a hint of cin- namon and salinity. Candied ginger ascends and fades with a kiss of dark chocolate and coffee bean on the finish.
