On the nose, the elderflower competes with the juniper. In the mouth, the other botanicals reveal themselves, including lemongrass and coriander. Notes of celery and a sweet licorice flavor round out the profile.
Farmer’s Gin is a high-quality American gin made along the banks of the Snake River in the beautiful northwestern state of Idaho. Made from USDA Certified Organic wheat grown on family-owned, Regernative Certified Organic Farm 1,000 Springs Mill Farm, it is gluten-free with no carbs, no sugar added, and no artificial additives. Distilled in Rigby, Idaho, it is infused there with a remarkably balanced selection of botanicals that includes juniper, elderflower, lemongrass, coriander, and angelica root, which provide a rich complexity and savory character. While their two Farmer's Gins share a wonderful selection of carefully chosen botanicals, only Farmer's Organic has an additional botanical: hemp seed. This imparts a nutty, savory character to the Organic Gin.
The farm that produces Farmer’s Gin, 1,000 Springs Mill in Buhl, Idaho, is a locally owned organic and non-GMO organization run by Tim Cornie. The Cornie family has been farming in Idaho’s Magic Valley for three generations. They are regarded as pioneer partners in the local organic farming movement due to their focus on responsible and renewable methods. The grain is then distilled and infused with botanicals via steeping at Distilled Resourc es, Inc. (DRINC) in Rigby, Idaho. Led by Founder & Distiller Gray Ottley, DRINC has produced super- premium gins and other spirits since 1988. DRINC became the first distillery in the United States to be certified organic in 1999.

Farmer’s is proud to partner with the Organic Farming Research Foundation (OFRF), whose goal is to foster the improvement and widespread adoption of organic farming systems.
