This 88-proofer is aged for a minimum of five years. The aromatics are out-of-this-world expressive, with notes of caramelized peach, marshmallow, mandarin orange, and a defined, euphoric hint of Hawaiian plumeria. The succulent palate mirrors the nose, with brown-sugared bananas Foster, cedar, and coconut. Cherry and vanilla mark the final flavors present in this liquid gold.

Wine Enthusiast
This small batch honey-hued Bourbon has a light vanilla scent and soft feel on the palate. It starts with a gentle vanilla flavor and finishes bold and spicy. Supposedly, actor and whiskey lover John Wayne left behind a reserve of bottles dating back to 1963, and this Bourbon was blended to taste just like those bottles. It's a good whiskey and a good story.
