A marriage of hand selected Bourbon, Sherry, and Port casks. Unique and rare, Batch No. 4 is a limited release. Using three distinctive hand-crafted copper pot stills Dingle Single Malt achieves a unique flavor profile. Wooden mash tun and fermentation vessels are used in a nod to tradition. Three bespoke copper pot stills are used for the triple distillation. Each still providing an individual nuance to achieve Dingle Single Malt’s unique flavor profile. The spirit coming off the still uses only the pristine water drawn from their well, 240 feet below the distillery

The result of an historically prohibitive tax placed on malted barley by the English crown, Irish Whiskey is most often produced from a combination of un-malted barley and other grains. Whereas most other Whiskeys are twice distilled, Irish Whiskeys are distilled three times in a column still and must mature in oak barrels for a minimum of three years. These intricate production steps combine to make them lighter, smoother and more approachable than other styles.
