Winemaker Notes

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and elegant with notes of flowers and aromatic herbs: sage, myrtle, rosemary and thyme. Revival of marine iodine in the nose. Dry, medium to full-bodied with enjoyable sapidity, persistent on the palate, mellow and dry finish. Clean after-taste.
Roast fish with Ligurian olive oil; pesto sauce pasta; stuffed squids with pine nuts and olives; stock-fish with potatoes and rosemary.
