Clos Dalian Garnacha Blanca is a bright white wine with a golden hue. Aroma of ripe white fruit and minerals. Creamy, fleshy, fresh, and very seductive in the mouth. Its mid-palate is quite long and silky.

The 2023 Clos Dalian is an excellent example of Grenache Blanc. This wine shows aromas and flavors of hints of sandalwood, underlying chalk, and peach skin. Enjoy it with a Mediterranean salad with loads of veggies and grilled chicken. (Tasted: 9/21/24, San Francisco, CA)
Producing full-bodied white wines, Grenache Blanc can be unctuous and soft or floral and fresh. Some of the finest examples are terroir-driven, age-worthy wines. It is a key ingredient in white Châteauneuf-du-Pape and many white blends across southern France and NE Spain. Somm Secret—Grenache Blanc plays a key role in the vins doux naturels of Rivesaltes and a subsidiary role in those of Banyuls and Maury.
