Pale yellow color reminiscent of new vintage Muscadet from France's Loire Valley. Initial sniffings detect the plump, oily presence of vanilla extract; aeration adds hints of cocoa butter, egg cream and vanilla. Palate entry is a touch sharp, but creamy and buttery; midpalate, the cream thins out and the vanilla bean element becomes leaner. Finishes bittersweet, clean and vanilla-like. Range: 90-95
