Distiller Notes
Aged for 82 days in French Oak wine barrels that previously held Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, the Rosa Reposado develops a deeper ruby hue and a richer, more nuanced taste. The extended aging in wine barrels infuses it with a blend of fruity undertones and a refined wine influence, elevating its complexity and depth.
First produced in the 16th century when Spanish conquistadors ran short of Brandy on their expedition to the New World, Tequila is made by distilling the juice from the heart of the blue agave plant that grows in Jalisco, Mexico. Tequilas can range from clear and unaged, known as Blanco, to darker, barrel-aged Reposado, Anejo and Extra Anejo. Popularized as the essential ingredient to the refreshing Margarita, it is also commonly enjoyed neat or with a side of lime and salt.
