Distiller Notes

Broker's Gin is a true London Dry Gin made in a 200-year-old distillery located in the heart of England, using a traditional copper pot still. The internationally sourced botanicals are steeped for 24 hours in a quadruple-distilled pure grain spirit, which is then distilled for a fifth time.

Unscrew that adorable bowler-hat bottle top, and a warm fragrance of orange peel, cinnamon-cassia, juniper and licorice wafts out. Well-balanced, clean, medium feel. Classic, strong juniper flavor, with a refreshing citrusy, piny finish, spicy and lively. Good value. Gin and tonic all the way.

Produced only in accordance with strict purity standards formulated by an 18th century European Parliament that guaranteed the absence of toxic distillation byproducts, the phrase “London Dry” on a bottle doesn't refer to any specific place of origin, age or ingredients. To be called a London Dry Gin, the base spirit must be distilled in a column still to at minimum, 70% abv. Natural botanicals can be added to the resulting neutral spirit only through re-distillation. Anything added after distillation other than water and a tiny amount of sugar disqualifies a Gin from the title, London Dry.
