Master Distiller's Notes: "Our second edition of The Infinite. Each year, we bottle a portion of our infinity moment in its evolution. Then I carefully select new whiskeys to introduce, shaping the flavor profile for the year to come.
Edition II: Building on the foundational notes of Edition I, I’ve blended in three distinct bourbons from across the generations. Bourbon from Booker accentuates the oak, char, and smoke. Fred’s bourbon adds rich vanilla, caramel, and dark stone fruit. And my own bourbon brings brightness to the blend, with notes of fresh apple and pear. Savor Edition II and come back in a year for its next evolution."

Coming in a multitude of styles depending on its origin, Whisk(e)y’s flavors range across the board from the sweet, caramel and vanilla-dominated American Bourbons to the briny, peat-heavy Islay Single Malts from Scotland. Though production methods differ widely, all Whiskeys are made by distilling beer made from some type of grain, such as barley, corn, wheat or rye. After the distillation process is complete, the new, clear spirit is transferred to wooden casks where it matures, a process that can take up to thirty years or more.
