This producer specializes in low-intervention, cool-climate wines, allowing the true nature of the site and region to shine through. Generous aromas on the nose suggest darker fruits of strawberry, raspberry, and savory herbs, with mini- mal oak. Flavors on the palate are structured yet full, delivering lifted cranberry, pomegranate, and orange zest, with a creaminess midpalate and a juicy, dry finish. Pair with grilled Arctic char and parsnip-leek puree.
