Distiller Notes
The nose has notes of ripe apricots & mango with cinnamon, singed sugar on top of cocoa and dried chillies. Flavors of deep oak and char, black tea and salty baking chocolate, old leather, roasted corn and coffee. The finish is lingering dried cherries & blackberries followed by toasty bitter chocolate with pleasant oak tannins.

Deep amber color. Made from roasted blue corn, this velvety expression shows toasted notes balanced with juicy fruit; it’s elegant, rich, and generous.
Capturing a broad range in one category, American Whiskey refers to any spirit made in America by distilling a mash of fermented grains—typically corn, wheat, rye or barley. American Whiskey must be distilled to no more than 95% alcohol and bottled at 40% or higher. In order to be labeled a straight Whiskey, it also must be aged in white oak barrels for a minimum of two years and not contain any added colors or flavors.
