Winemaker Notes

This wine is a ruby garnet color, with aromas of cherry and rose petals accented by citrus peel and spice typical of Central Coast Pinot Noir. On the palate, the wine is silky and elegant, with juicy cherry flavors, toasty oak notes, and a complex, lingering finish. Try with pepper crusted, seared tuna or leg of lamb roasted with spring vegetables.
