Winemaker Notes

The wine displays an intense red garnet color with a nose of ripe red and black fruits such as kirsch and wild blackberry, a full palate featuring aromas of blackcurrant liqueur and spice, harmonious and elegant tannins enhanced by the wine’s fleshiness, and a finish accented by hints of licorice and vanilla.

A solid, dense and pulpous Lirac with a spicy kick. It shows aromas of blackberries, dark plums, barbecued meat and baking spices. It’s full-bodied with plush tannins. Fleshy and vivid with so much grilled herbs and peppery spiciness. Structured and serious finish with a touch of chewiness. From organically grown grapes.
