• Gratien & Meyer Cremant de Loire Brut
  This Crémant de Loire Brut has a golden yellow color, with fine, long-lasting foam. The aromatics open with notes of citrus fruits, particularly orange and mandarin, accompanied by floral aromas. A second aromatic wave offers sweet pastry notes. A very fine balance is revealed in the mouth, reflecting an excellent maturity. Sustained length in the mouth, with notes of peach and apricot. Its elegance makes it suitable for any occasion. It is ideal as an aperitif with canapés and savory appetizers, or with any fish or shellfish.
• Henri Bourgeois Sancerre Les Baronnes Blanc
  "Les Baronnes" is a wine with intense aromatics of white flowers, flint and lime. Full and rich with ripe citrus, pine needle and smoky minerality. It exhibits a lovely concentration with a refreshing, long finish. Subtle yet powerful, its persistence and harmony reflect the incredible quality of this unique terroir. An excellent companion for seafood such as crab cakes, oysters, grilled trout and salmon. Also great with feta, goat cheese and vegetables.
• Domaine Paul Buisse Chinon
  This wine is a bright but soft ruby color. Highly aromatic (with a bouquet of raspberry and violet), this robust and generous wine is intense, with silky tannins that produce a lovely finish in the mouth. It goes perfectly with game, red meat and cheese.
