Winemaker Notes
Luscious ripe pear, Fuji and Golden Delicious apples, and a touch of cardamom spice lead the way. The rich, plump mid-palate carries notes of vanilla and brioche toast, while the vibrant acidity extends the lush, lingering finish.
Beautifully suited to grilled salmon, creamy pastas, roast chicken, and savory cheese boards. Perfect for gatherings where elegance meets comfort—whether a special dinner or a cozy evening at home.

Supple in texture, with white licorice, melon and apples, all of it polished and edged with saline minerality in the long and balanced finish. Drink or hold.
One of the most popular and versatile white wine grapes, Chardonnay offers a wide range of flavors and styles depending on where it is grown and how it is made. While it tends to flourish in most environments, Chardonnay from its Burgundian homeland produces some of the most remarkable and longest lived examples. California produces both oaky, buttery styles and leaner, European-inspired wines. Somm Secret—The Burgundian subregion of Chablis, while typically using older oak barrels, produces a bright style similar to the unoaked style. Anyone who doesn't like oaky Chardonnay would likely enjoy Chablis.
A far-reaching peninsula extending into the Atlantic Ocean from the city of New York, the Long Island appellation includes The Hamptons and North Fork AVAs. With a maritime climate and conditions not unlike that in Bordeaux, the region excels in the production of Bordeaux varieties, namely Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
