Straight from the farm, Farm to Table wines embody the Fowles family sustainable connection to the land and enjoyment of it through good food and wine. This vibrant and crisp Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color with a tinge of green. Aromas of tropical fruit salad shine through with highlights of passionfruit, melon and pawpaw. A lovely spectrum of tropical fruit flavors with hints of lime on the palate, leading to a lovely fresh and clean finish.

Matches perfectly with a platter of sushi or fish tacos.

This is a medium-bodied Sauvignon that opens with heady aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, honeysuckle and grass. The palate is broad with a lovely texture, balanced acidity, length and fruit concentration.

Fresh and vibrant, with lip-smacking Meyer lemon, nectarine and green apple flavors that are sleek, juicy and very refreshing. A note of lemon thyme emerges on the finish. Drink now. 15,000 cases made, 5,000 cases imported.

Capable of a vast array of styles, Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, refreshing variety that equally reflects both terroir and varietal character. Though it can vary depending on where it is grown, a couple of commonalities always exist—namely, zesty acidity and intense aromatics. This variety is of French provenance. Somm Secret—Along with Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc is a proud parent of Cabernet Sauvignon. That green bell pepper aroma that all three varieties share is no coincidence—it comes from a high concentration of pyrazines (herbaceous aromatic compounds) inherent to each member of the family.

Nestled into the tip of its southeastern coastline, Victoria is Australia’s smallest mainland state, second most populous and third largest wine producer. Victoria includes the cool regions of Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and Geelong, made famous mainly by impressive Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The more inland Heathcote and Bendigo lead the way for complex and textured, full-bodied reds. Rutherglen’s fortified wines compete among the best on the planet.
