Winemaker Notes

This Yolo County Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits all the classic aromas of cigar box, leather, cassis and dark cherry. Layers of toast, black current and chocolate flavors lead to a long, juicy finish. This easy drinking Cab is perfect with a big, juicy burger or barbecued ribs.
