The nose opens with cherries and dust, completely evocative of the vineyard on a warm harvest afternoon. There is beautiful deep berry intensity on the palate. This leads to supple Tapteil tannins with a quiet acidity and a powerful finish that doesn't stop. An expressive vintage, completely open right now but destined for long term greatness as well.
