Winemaker's Notes

Winemaker Notes:

This fresh, very bright citrus-and-peach fruit forward wine captures the essence of Pinot Gris. There is a suggestion of sweetness in the nose that serves to round out its bright, deeply fruity character. The palate hints at a mix of ripeness and the weighty style of Alsacian Pinot Gris, but the finish stays balanced and crisp. Considering its competition, it‘s an extremely good value, delivering as much character and richness as Pinot Gris at twice the price. A finely structured wine with vibrant peach and floral notes... a real crowd-pleaser.

The winemaker's notes do a very good job of capturing this wine. However, it is a bit pricey for a wine only rating 86 points.
