Winemaker Notes

A vibrant golden straw color with ample viscosity. Aromas jump out of the glass: ripe apple, creamy vanilla with caramel. Moves to baked apple with cinnamon, balanced with a nice burst of Meyer lemon and key lime with lychee. Look for a big custard and toffee finish.
